One of the more exciting announcements from this Direct, we'll have to wait a little longer to satiate our own appetites for the game when Metroid: Ravenous releases on Nintendo Switch 2 on January 28th, 2027.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (NS2) Full Reveal Trailer

For me, it's been an excruciating wait, as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is my favorite game ever made. I know, such a rare opinion to be found, so waiting a handful of months for the full reveal of the remake was rather challenging.

Now, the first gameplay look and full trailer revealed themselves during Nintendo's special The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct this morning, and goodness, does this game look and sound great to me. What do you think after seeing the trailer? Are you satisfied?

Regardless, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is reborn on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5th, 2026.

Nintendo returns with a new entry in its series of videos called "Creator's Voice" with interviews from the designers and creators behind Orbitals, a co-op only action-adventure game which resembles something out of an 1980s era anime. There's good reason for it being co-op only as well as having that '80s anime resemblance, as you'll find out with this video. God of War Laufey is real, and the tail-end of today's State of Play showcased approximately 20 minutes of pure gameplay for the title.
